case questionnaire is now available. We will not ask you to write
sample judgement this year, however case questionnaire is challenging
enough to check your knowledge of the case. Please read the questions
carefully and try to answer as accurately as you can. After that you should send your answers to moscow.icj@gmail.com before February 20, 2010.
You might as well find the Chronology of Events table useful while answering the questions. This table contains the dates of the most significant events
relevant to the case as well as the short description of these events. The Written Contribution the RepubliŃ of Kosovo as well as the Written Statement of Serbia will also come in handy. The original documents are available on the ICJ official website. The documents prepared by our counsels, which will be shorter than the original documents and which will reflect the most significant submissions of the RepubliŃ Kosovo and Serbia, will be posted soon. Please note that the writings of the counsels will not contain any information which the original documents lack, so you have all the information needed to answer the case questionnaire.
