How to compose a case questionnaire
[ ] 20.09.2008, 15:44

Case questionnaire is to check our prospective judges knowledge of the factual side of the case. In total you are to compose 12 questions. Ask only about facts, not opinions. These facts shall be publicly accessible (so that every wishing person could be able to learn them).

After studying the case think which aspects may be said to be necessary to be aware of. TheseĀ  four questions will be the simpliest.

Then think of some aspects that are not so obvious but which you would like to stress, or which can be crucial to the whole case. Compose four more questions which are middle-level difficult.

Finish with four questions that you believe to be the most difficult. Bear in mind the facts that could have been noticed by the most attentive person.
